Along with it, you will get a fragrant local green herb called Zaatar which goes great with the delicious warm doe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMeorav Yerushalmi\u201d<\/strong>: Directly translates to \u201cMixed Jerusalem\u201d this delicious mix of different meats in a special local blend of spices is an absolute carnivores\u2019 heaven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAshtanur\u201d<\/strong>: Short in Hebrew for \u201cfire in the oven\u201d Ashtanur is an authentic local pitta bread which you can find in midtown or the markets during lunchtime.
